Universal depalletiser with pallet lift shaft for the highest performance range with fully automated destacking and separation of various containers, such as glass jars, cans, drums, and glass, plastic or cardboard bottles. Fully automatic input and output of full and empty pallets.
The pallet to be destacked is placed on a conveyor belt and automatically moved to the depalletising station in the system. The pallet lifting device lifts the pallet to the push-off position, guided by the automatically adjustable lifting shaft. If present, the automatic intermediate layer unit removes the top covering board and inserts it in an automatic magazine provided for the purpose, while the intermediate layers are collected on a pallet. The container layer is pushed onto a belt conveyor or fixed table and conveyed onwards for separation. This process is repeated until the pallet has been completely unloaded. The individual containers run out of the machine at a height of 2000mm to 3500mm and are moved on by a transport line. If necessary, they can be moved to a lower conveyor height via serpentine conveyors or s-conveyors, so that they can be filled in a filling machine, for example. The unloaded pallets are brought down again and collected in a stack magazine. The stacks of up to 20 empty pallets are moved out of the system automatically.
