Palus 500 palletiser system

Universal layering palletiser as a standard system for fully automated palletising of boxes, trays, cans or cases, sacks and many other products for mid-range performance. The products to be palletised are fed in from below, which can be carried out by various conveyor tracks or belts. Our Palus 500 is the optimal solution as a stand-alone palletising station for connection immediately downstream from packing machines such as box packers.

Functional description

The containers enter the palletiser on a single track or multiple tracks via feed conveyors fitted from below; they are then separated, counted and, if required, rotated by 90°. Barrier spacers are activated by the program as required. Once the layer has been created by pushing the individual rows on to the layer plate several times, the entire layer is moved over the pallet, the roller carpet or the separated layer plate advances and the layer is placed on to the pallet. During this process, the pallet stands on the integrated roller conveyor and the layer lifting device moves at the height required to place the layer onto the pallet. Once the pallet is fully loaded, it is moved out of the palletiser and is ready to be picked up.
